Shipping times may be delayed or changed due to COVID-19. We will try our best to get the order to you as soon as possible. Some of the orders shipped after March 1st might be delayed. More info from USPS here.


Please note that it is not possible to open a refund request for a package that is in transit. Thank you for understanding.

Other International Standard Shipping: Average delivery time is about 2-4 wk.

Please note placing your order does not confirm shipment of the product(s) until we have the assigned shipment tracking number, you will receive via text or email (messaging option chosen at check out).


If we can not fulfill an item (reasons such as inventory shortage or undeliverable shipping address) a return will be authorized and we will send a notification via text or email (selected at check out). Please allow the time needed as referred by your bank’s policy to credit the funds back to your bank, typically about 3-5 business days (not including holidays or weekends).


Once the order has shipped and a tracking number is assigned, the shipping address cannot be adjusted. Once in the couriers possession can NOT be adjusted or intercepted, due to privacy policy for your protection.


Shipping location: All products are shipped from a warehouse in China.

From October 1st to October 3rd, it is the Chinese National Day Holiday.

A three-day national holiday. All suppliers and logistics companies will also have 3 days off.

During the holiday period, we will suspend the processing of all orders, but all business activities will be resumed on October 4th.

There will be a 3-4 days processing delay for any order placed during the period. Please excuse us for the inconvenience.

We will extend the warehouse working hours after the holiday to make sure all delay orders will be processed and shipped asap.

Customs duties: Please note that customers are responsible for customs clearance.

Different countries have different customs policy so it may cost customs duty.
