Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.

Exchanges must be shipped within 20 days of the ship date received. Daizy Sugar will not accept any exchanges shipped after 20 days.

RETURNS?

We do not do returns unless incorrect item received.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Daizy Sugar and product tags attached and in original packaging unopened. Defective items must be reported within 3 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. If not reported, we will not issue credit. We recommend shipping packages back with a tracking number, lost packages without proof of receipt will not be given return credit.  Returns must be received within 20 days of the ship date received. Daizy Sugar will not accept any returns after 20 days.

Credit for your return merchandise will be processed once product is received at our warehouse. Please allow 3-5 business days for return processing. Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued store credit in the form of an E-gift card via email. Store credit covers original purchasing price and tax if applicable.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, address on package. 


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.


GIFTS?

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item,  you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
